HOW LONG DOES SEA MOSS LAST BEFORE SPOILING?

Sea Moss Gel has an average life span of about 3 to 4 weeks when refrigerated. You should always inspect all your food products before consumption. Sea Moss has been known to vary in spoilage and is not intended to be stored but rather to be consumed. We always advise consuming generously.

DOES SEA MOSS GEL NEED TO BE REFRIGERATED?

Yes. When your gel arrives, it may become warm during the shipping process. Please don't worry! Sea moss is essentially gelatinous rock and does not age like normal food products. For best results and optimal consistency, refrigerate overnight before opening and keep refrigerated between uses.

FedEx 2-Day Shipping: Fastest shipping method available. These orders are given priority and processed first. FedEx DOES NOT DELIVER TO HOME ADDRESSES ON WEEKENDS. Please choose to ship accordingly.

You will be provided with a tracking number via email for all shipping methods. Please use your tracking number to view the status of your shipment and specific delivery time. We process orders Monday through Friday. Please add an extra day for any holidays.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages after delivery has been confirmed to the address you provided.

If you provide an incomplete or incorrect address that is not deliverable by the shipping carrier and the package is returned to us you will be responsible for payment to ship it again once you provide the correct address.
